Thank you for shopping with us. All our products are custom-made to order and shipped directly from our facility in China. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide in a timely and efficient manner.

Production Time
All items are custom-made based on your order. The standard production time is approximately 30 business days, depending on the product type and order quantity. During peak seasons or for large orders, this period may be extended slightly. We will notify you if any delays occur.

Shipping Methods
We offer the following international shipping options from China to destinations worldwide:

  • Air Freight
    Recommended for small to medium-sized orders or time-sensitive shipments.
    Transit time: 5–12 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
  • Sea Freight
    Ideal for large or bulk orders.
    Transit time: 25–45 business days (varies by port and country).
  • Rail Freight
    Available for shipments to Europe and parts of Asia.
    Transit time: 30-35 business days.
  • Shipping method availability depends on your location and the size/weight of your order. You can select your preferred method during checkout, or we will recommend the best option based on your delivery needs.

Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Production time (approx. 30 days) + Shipping time (based on method selected).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, local postal service delays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, shipping method, and package weight/volume. Final shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We do our best to offer competitive international shipping rates while ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments for customs purposes, as this is against international shipping regulations.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after receiving the tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
