Return Timeframe
Any quality-related issues must be reported to us within 30 days after the buyer is notified by the carrier of the goods’ arrival. After this period, no returns or claims will be accepted.

Return Process
To initiate a return due to quality issues, the buyer must:
  • Contact our customer service team within the 30-day window.
  • Provide the following documentation: Photos or videos clearly showing the defect Order number and product details Written description of the issue
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before returning any goods.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify the reported issues before approving any return or replacement.

  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the buyer
  • Products returned after the 30-day reporting window
  • Refunds & Replacements
    Once a return is approved:

    • We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
    • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

    Return Shipping
    Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
